Is this another guru AI workshop?

No. We don't sell courses. We run an AI automation agency that builds systems for real businesses. The Forge is how we teach founders to build their own. You won't see a single income screenshot, a lifestyle reel, or a pitch for a $5,000 coaching program. You'll see a working AI system, and you'll build one yourself.

I've tried ChatGPT and it didn't really change my business. Why would this be different?

ChatGPT is a chatbot. The AIOS is an operating system. ChatGPT answers questions in a chat window. The AIOS connects to your actual tools — Gmail, Xero, Google Calendar, HubSpot — reads your data, watches your inbox, drafts your replies, and hands you a daily brief before you've finished your coffee. It's the difference between having a smart friend you text sometimes and having an employee who knows everything about your business.

Isn't Claude Code for developers?

This is the biggest misconception in AI right now. Claude Code runs on plain English. You type what you want in normal sentences and it builds it. The pilot cohort included a marketing director, a tradie, a coach, and a SaaS founder — none wrote a single line of code. If you can describe what you want your business to do, you can use Claude Code.

Do I need to be technical?

No. You need to be able to use a laptop and follow instructions. We handle the rest. Everything is done in plain English — you type what you want and the AI builds it.

What do I need to bring?
